Job summary

MAXONIC MARKETING SDN. BHD. is seeking a sales-oriented professional to develop business with Hypermarket and Supermarket customers. You will identify prospects, open new accounts, and build relationships with key decision-makers.

The ideal candidate will have sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently. We offer a basic salary plus commission, performance incentives, and opportunities for training and career development.

Qualifications

• Sales experience is preferred, especially dealing with Hypermarkets or Supermarkets.
• Confident in approaching new customers.
• Able to work independently and willing to travel.

Job description

Main Responsibility

Your main responsibility is to develop new business accounts with Hypermarket and Supermarket customers and help increase Company's sales and customer base.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential Hypermarket, Supermarket and Chain Stores accounts.


• Develop and open new customer accounts.


• Build and maintain good relationships with buyers and key decision-makers.


• Introduce and promote Company’s products to customers.


• Follow up on sales enquiries, quotations and orders.


• Achieve monthly sales targets and grow existing accounts.


• Monitor product placement, stock availability and sales performance.


• Collect market information and provide feedback to the company.


• Prepare regular sales reports.

Requirements

• Sales experience is preferred, especially experience dealing with Hypermarkets or Supermarkets.


• Good communication and negotiation skills.


• Confident in approaching new customers.


• Self-motivated, hardworking and target-oriented.


• Able to work independently and willing to travel.


• Possess own transport.
