Job summary

Heineken Malaysia seeks a field sales professional to drive outlet performance in Sibu. You will perform 4-step sales calls, plan pre-call activities, execute EOE standards, and promote promotions and assortments to boost sales.

You will analyze outlet performance, support market intelligence, and collaborate with distributors and team members to deliver results for internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Perform 4-step sales calls to assigned customers.
• Pre-call planning and preparation.
• Execute outlet standards (SKUs, POSMs, stock, freshness).
• Sell-in of promotions and assortment optimizations.
• Follow up actions from sales calls.
• Develop business opportunities and prospect outlets.
• Review outlet performance and propose improvements.
• Support company events and market intelligence.
• Maintain outlet data and respond to competitor activity.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Perform 4 steps sales call to assigned customers
• Pre-call planning & preparation
• Outlet execution according to EOE standard (focus SKUs, POSMs & stock display, chilled & ready-to-serve stocks, product freshness and amenities)
• Sell-in of promotions, innovations and assortment optimization, and utilize outlet contract to drive sales performance
• To-do-list -ensure follow up actions from the sales calls are captured
• Business Development
• Prospecting -assess and acquire outlets, secure functions & special events
• Review and analyse outlet performance, develop solutions and evaluate outcome for both internal and external stakeholders
• Execute & support company initiated activities
• Market Intelligence
• Feedback on competitor activities
• Maintain & update relevant outlet information
