Job summary

Serba Wangi Sdn Bhd is recruiting Sales Representatives to join our expanding Food Segment, focusing on FMCG and B2B rice products. The role involves promoting products, handling orders, and expanding the customer base across supermarkets, wholesalers, retailers, and HORECA clients in Kedah and nearby areas.

Candidates should have 1–2 years of field sales experience in FMCG or related sectors, possess a diploma or certificate, and own transport with willingness to travel for market visits.

Qualifications

• Possess at least a SPM/Diploma or Certificate in any relevant field.
• Experience in FMCG, food industry, or B2B sales will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 1-2 years of field sales experience (Food FMCG/ Retail/ HORECA preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Possess own transport. Willing to travel and conduct regular market visits.

Responsibilities

We are seeking motivated and results-driven Sales Representatives to join our expanding Food Segment team. This position is well suited for individuals with experience or a strong passion for FMCG and B2B food sales, particularly in rice-based and related food products.

Your responsibilities included but were not limited to:

To promote Company products to maximize sales and profitability.

Manage and process orders from key clients.

Develop new business opportunities and expand the customer base (supermarkets, wholesalers, retailers, restaurants, and food service providers).

Provide competitor's market positioning and provide feedback to Management.

Address ad-hoc tasks given by direct superior as needed to ensure seamless operations.

Multiple Positions Available

We are hiring Sales Representatives to cover the following areas (General Trade):

South of Alor Setar → Jitra, Perlis

Requirements:

Possess at least a SPM/Diploma or Certificate in any relevant field.

Experience in FMCG, food industry, or B2B sales will be an added advantage.

Minimum 1-2 years of field sales experience (Food FMCG/ Retail/ HORECA preferred).
