Job summary

Serba Wangi Sdn Bhd is seeking a Marketing Executive to own the brand narrative and visual identity. You will bridge creative strategy and execution, turning big ideas into compelling digital and traditional campaigns.

You will design visuals for social media, ads, and print, monitor trends, and collaborate with Sales to align marketing with lead generation targets. Fluency in English and Malay is required; Mandarin helps communication with a diverse client base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years in brand management, marketing, or a creative agency.
• Proficiency with modern design software: Canva, Adobe CC, Figma.
• Strong organizational skills, creative eye, and cross-functional PM abilities.
• Fluent in English and Malay; Mandarin helpful.

Responsibilities

• Brainstorm and roll out marketing campaigns across digital, email, and traditional channels.
• Manage project schedules from concept to execution with internal stakeholders.
• Track social media trends to keep brand positioning modern and competitive.
• Design visual content for social media, ads, and print collateral.

We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on Marketing Executive to take ownership of our brand's narrative and visual identity. In this individual contributor role, you will act as the bridge between creative strategy and execution—turning big ideas into compelling digital and traditional campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Brainstorm, develop, and roll out comprehensive marketing campaigns across digital, email, and traditional channels
• Manage project schedules from concept to execution, collaborating with internal stakeholders to guarantee punctual, high-quality deliverables
• Actively track competitor activities and emerging social media trends to keep our brand positioning modern and competitive
• Design professional-grade visual content for social media, digital advertisements, and print collateral
• Maintain strict visual and thematic consistency across all media assets, ensuring our brand voice remains clear and impactful
• Translate marketing objectives into aesthetically pleasing, high-converting layouts and graphics
• Review campaign metrics via social media analytics and tracking tools to evaluate performance
• Convert data points into straightforward progress reports and suggest optimizations for future audience reach
• Partner closely with the sales department to align marketing initiatives with lead generation and business development targets

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years in brand management, marketing, or a creative agency
• Highly proficient with modern design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma)
• Exceptional organizational abilities, a strong creative eye, and a talent for cross-functional project management
• Professional fluency in English and Malay
• Practical experience with SEO/SEM, video editing, or digital ad platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads) is a strong advantage
• Conversational proficiency in Mandarin is highly valued to support communication with our diverse client base
