Job summary

Serba Wangi Sdn Bhd is seeking motivated Sales Representatives for the Kedah & Penang region. The role focuses on promoting JATI rice and related products, expanding the customer base across supermarkets, wholesalers, retailers, and food service providers.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in field sales within FMCG or food sectors, with strong communication and negotiation skills, and own transport to enable regular market visits. Multiple positions available in the Northern Region.

Qualifications

• Requires at least SPM/Diploma or Certificate in any relevant field.
• Experience in FMCG, food industry, or B2B sales is an advantage.
• Minimum 1–2 years of field sales experience (Food FMCG/Retail/HORECA preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, able to work independently.
• Must possess own transport and be willing to travel for market visits.

We are seeking motivated and results-driven Sales Representatives to join our expanding Food Segment team. This position is well suited for individuals with experience or a strong passion for FMCG and B2B food sales, particularly in rice-based and related food products.

Key Responsibilities

• To promote Company products to maximize sales and profitability.
• Manage and process orders from key clients.
• Develop new business opportunities and expand the customer base (supermarkets, wholesalers, retailers, restaurants, and food service providers).
• Provide competitor’s market positioning and provide feedback to Management.
• Address ad-hoc tasks given by direct superior as needed to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements

• Possess at least a SPM/Diploma or Certificate in any relevant field.
• Experience in FMCG, food industry, or B2B sales will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 1-2 years of field sales experience (Food FMCG/ Retail/ HORECA preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
