Hong Bee Group in Penang, Malaysia is seeking a full-time Sales Representative to drive sales, grow key accounts, and promote our FMCG beer and beverage range across Penang and nearby areas.

You will conduct sales calls, prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and build strong relationships with bars, restaurants, retailers and wholesalers, while feeding market insights to the team and ensuring timely product delivery.

Formación

• SPM and above educational requirement.
• 1–2 years of sales experience in FMCG, beer, beverage or alcoholic beverage industry is preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.
• Self-driven, outgoing and results-oriented with a customer-focused mindset.
• Must possess own transport and be willing to travel.
• Comfortable working with beer and alcoholic beverage products.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Representative role based in Penang, Malaysia. The Sales Representative will identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage and grow existing customer accounts, and promote the company’s products and services across relevant industries. Daily responsibilities include conducting sales calls and visits, preparing quotations, negotiating terms, and following up to close deals. The role also involves maintaining accurate sales records, collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction, and providing feedback on market trends and customer needs.

• Experience handling on-trade or off-trade customers will be an added advantage
