Job summary

Bright Star Precision Technology Sdn Bhd in Bayan Lepas Penang is seeking a detail-oriented Sales and Purchase Clerk to join our administrative team. The role covers processing daily sales orders, quotations, DOs, and tax invoices, and issuing POs while coordinating with customers, suppliers, production, and logistics.

The ideal candidate has at least a Diploma or SPM/STPM with 1 year of relevant experience; fresh graduates are welcome.

Qualifications

• Education: SPM/STPM or Diploma.
• Experience: minimum 1 year in sales administration, purchasing, or clerical roles (fresh graduates welcome).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
• Languages: English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Sales Support: process daily customer sales orders, quotations, DOs, and tax invoices; communicate with customers on confirmations, stock, and delivery schedules.
• Purchase Support: issue POs to vendors, track outstanding orders, monitor delivery timelines, and verify invoices against POs and receiving reports.
• Coordinate with production and logistics to ensure timely dispatch of goods.
