Job summary

CiTECH Energy Recovery System Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a motivated Sales & Proposal Engineer (Mechanical/Chemical) to bridge engineering and global clients.

You will handle tenders, run basic heat calculations, and join client meetings to pitch solutions. Open to fresh graduates with up to 2 years' experience and a solid foundation in thermodynamics, heat transfer, and engineering principles. Role involves interfacing with management, supporting bid strategies, and traveling for client

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering required.
• Fresh graduates or engineers with up to 2 years of relevant experience encouraged to apply.
• Solid understanding of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and heat transfer.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for CiTECH's waste heat recovery solutions.
• Prepare competitive technical and commercial proposals from client specs and RFQs.
• Run basic heat calculations and assist in project bidding strategies.
• Attend client meetings to pitch CiTECH's solutions and close orders.
• Coordinate with engineering to finalize pricing and project timelines.
• Follow up on submitted proposals and quotations with clients.
