Job summary

Exact Automation Sdn. Bhd. is expanding its sales team to grow in Malaysia, focusing on oil & gas process control and renewable energy solutions. You will formulate strategies to meet targets, build strong relationships with engineers and managers, and coordinate with proposal and project teams to ensure timely handovers to customers.

Travel locally, work independently with minimal supervision, and contribute to tender preparation, exhibitions and sales events in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Degree requirements in relevant engineering or energy fields.
• Strong analytical ability and prioritisation of workload.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Willingness to travel locally and outstation as needed.
• Sales experience for oil, gas and renewable energy projects.

Responsibilities

• Formulate strategies to achieve allocated sales targets and objectives.
• Develop relationships with engineers, managers and technical personnel.
• Coordinate with proposal, engineering and service teams to deliver on time.
• Prepare and update sales forecasts and CRM pipelines.
• Support contract negotiations and promote company capabilities in oil and gas market.
• Identify customer requirements and assist in tender and project requirements for renewable energy.
• Assist in exhibitions, conferences and sales events.
