Job summary

Infosys BPM is seeking a Sales Support professional in Malaysia to handle quotation requests, including overseas, and ensure timely submissions. You will manage complex tenders, follow up to close client requests within SLA, and resolve disputes while maintaining professional, client-focused communication.

The role requires 1–3 years in IT sales support, a diploma/degree in Business, and strong English and Mandarin, plus Excel and Outlook skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business or related field.
• 1–3 years' experience in Sales Support in IT industry.
• Proficient in English & Mandarin/Cantonese, Mathematics, Excel and Outlook.
• Understand sales/buying cycle and handle dispute cases.
• Good problem-solving skills and meticulous with numbers.
• Mandarin abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming quotation requests including overseas requests.
• Ensure completion of quotation and tender submissions before deadlines.
• Frequent follow-up calls to close client requests within SLA.
• Process and follow-up on dispute cases or open issues within SLA.
• Handle external and internal queries in a professional, client‑oriented manner.
• Assist in order submission if required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
