Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a proactive Sales Coordinator to support sales activities, coordinating with the operations team to track equipment and parts availability.

You will ensure customer information and sales progress are recorded systematically, prepare sales reports, and collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely and accurate data reporting. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a sales coordinator or similar support role.
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Studies, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with operation team to track equipment/parts availability to support sales activities.
• Ensure customer information and sales progress are recorded systematically, accurately and on timely manner.
• Prepare and update sales reports to track customer activity, sales progress, and team performance.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely and accurate data reporting.
• Handle ad-hoc duties that being assigned.
