Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination or a related role.
• Experience in ERP or order management systems, and ability to generate master cards and artwork for block making, is an added advantage.
• Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills with initiative to learn, multitasking and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support and operational support to the Sales team.
• Prepare and process sales orders, invoices, artwork, master cards, and other related sales documentation.
• Coordinate with customers on order status, delivery schedules, order changes, and handle feedback or complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and track order progress, inventory levels, delivery status, and payment status to ensure timely fulfilment.
• Coordinate with internal departments (Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Finance) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales data, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and company procedures.
