We are currently looking for an experienced Sales Partner in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia to develop local business opportunities and establish long-term relationships with manufacturing customers.

The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced sales professional who has previously sold laboratory equipment, testing equipment, measurement equipment, or other industrial technical equipment to manufacturing companies.

The ideal candidate should already understand the local industrial market and, preferably, have an existing network of manufacturing customers in Kuala Lumpur.

You will work independently and develop business opportunities for our environmental reliability testing equipment, with full technical and quotation support from our China team.

This is a flexible, home-based independent sales opportunity, suitable for an experienced sales professional who already has industry contacts and would like to develop an additional product line.

Key Responsibilities

Develop new business opportunities for environmental reliability testing equipment in Kuala Lumpur

Identify and approach potential customers in semiconductor, electronics, EMS, automotive, medical and other manufacturing industries

Maintain and develop relationships with existing and potential customers

Introduce our laboratory and reliability testing equipment to customers

Understand customer testing requirements and identify suitable equipment solutions

Communicate with customer departments such as Laboratory, QA/QC, R&D, Reliability, Engineering and Procurement

Arrange customer meetings, product discussions and technical presentations

Follow up quotations, technical requirements and sales opportunities

Coordinate with our China-based engineering and sales teams

Provide market feedback, customer requirements and competitor information

Develop long-term customer relationships and sales opportunities in Malaysia

Requirements

Based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Previous experience in sales of laboratory, testing, measurement, scientific or industrial equipment

Experience selling technical products to manufacturing companies

Good understanding of the industrial market in Kuala Lumpur

Strong customer relationship and business development skills

Able to communicate professionally in English

Able to work independently and manage customer development activities

Highly Preferred

Existing customer contacts in Malaysia

Existing relationships with semiconductor, electronics, EMS or other manufacturing companies

Experience selling laboratory equipment, environmental test equipment, reliability testing equipment or materials testing equipment

Experience dealing with QA/QC, R&D, Laboratory, Reliability, Engineering or Procurement departments

Experience working with multinational manufacturing companies

Existing network within the semiconductor/electronics manufacturing industry

Compensation

Monthly Allowance + Attractive Commission
