You will verify promotions, check photos and outlet data, and follow up on missing submissions while coordinating travel and hotel arrangements as needed. Strong attention to detail is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Careful and accurate when checking documents, photos, and claims.
• Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Verify promotion and display execution.
• Check photos, outlet information, and supporting documents.
• Follow up on missing or incorrect submissions.
• Prepare verified documents for claim processing.
• Track verification progress and claim status.
• Maintain auditor attendance and activity records.
• Coordinate petrol, travel, hotel, and other expense claims.
• Check receipts and supporting documents.
• Arrange hotel bookings for auditors when required.
• Submit documents to Accounts and follow up on outstanding claims.
