Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an independent, proactive multitasker to support sales operations in Subang Jaya. You will prepare quotations, coordinate with customers, monitor stock levels, and assist in preparing reports and presentations.

The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a collaborative team environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and bilingual communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM with relevant experience or Diploma in Business Administration or a related field
• At least 1–2 years of experience in sales support or administrative roles
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Independent, adaptable and able to multitask

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit sales quotations via email or procurement portals
• Provide supporting documents in response to customer requests
• Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations when necessary
• Monitor inventory levels for consigned goods and ensure sufficient stock is available
• Manage sample stock and prepare samples for customers
• Handle customer enquiries and provide administrative support to the sales team
• Collaborate and coordinate with other departments to resolve issues and support sales operations
• Assist with the planning and execution of sales events and promotions when needed
