Job summary

Rapha Medical Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a capable Sales Admin/Operations support professional to provide essential support across customer service, sales and marketing, and group services.

The role includes preparing purchase orders, quotations, sales orders, invoices, and other sales documents, as well as generating client quotes and contracts. You will support operations for customers, respond to inquiries, and interact with management and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma or related field is required.
• Strong leadership and time management skills are essential.
• Excellent problem solving, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office and MS Excel.
• Bilingual in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Responsibilities

• Provide key support in customer support services, sales and marketing and group services.
• Prepare purchase orders, quotations, sales orders, invoices and other sales documents.
• Generate and follow up on standard client quotes, purchaser orders and contracts.
• Provide operation support to customers.
• Correspond with customers’ enquiries in a professional manner.
• Interact with all levels of management, staff and business associates.
• Handle complaints calmly and provide appropriate solutions; follow up for resolution.
• Keep track of stock and conduct regular stock takes.
• Develop positive relationships and effective communication across functions.
• Provide clinical applications and operation support to customers.
• Undertake other duties as required by the company.
