Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics in Malaysia is seeking a Sales Administrator to support account management and sales operations. You will organize literature, maintain client setup forms, and assist in tracking account progress with regular reporting.

Responsibilities include CRM and Web Portal rollout to the sales team, creating quotations, scheduling weekly meetings, and maintaining client databases and SOPs to ensure smooth implementation and proactive client follow‑ups.

Qualifications

• Experience in CRM and client data handling.
• Ability to prepare and maintain quotations and logs.
• Strong organizational and administrative support skills.

Responsibilities

• Organizes and maintains sales literature and client setup forms.
• Research and analyze company data to track target account progress and report to management.
• Responsible for CRM and Web Portal tool rollout to sales team.
• Provide quotations to clients and maintain quote log.
• Schedule weekly sales meetings and agendas.
• Assist Sales Manager planning office visits with clients.
• Assist Administration Manager in identifying AR issues where Sales can support collection.
• Create and manage client database on shared drive with profiles and activities.
• Follow up clients, sales and operations to ensure successful implementation.
