Job summary

U Mobile is seeking a capable Sales Operations Support professional to reinforce the Sales team with reporting, sales operations, system administration, and business support activities.

The role focuses on maintaining reporting accuracy, preparing sales performance reports, supporting campaigns, coordinating system enhancements, and ensuring smooth day-to-day sales operations through close collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum educational requirement is SPM/Senior UEC or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are welcome and candidates with up to 2 years in Sales Operations or Administrative Support are preferred.
• Proven experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Sales Support - provide day-to-day sales operations, system and administrative support to internal and external stakeholders.
• Project Execution - assist in project planning and coordination for system enhancements, new product launches, and process improvement initiatives.
• Testing - conduct functional testing, UAT preparation, and test case execution to ensure business requirements are met.
• Campaign & Program Planning Support - support planning, administration, execution, and tracking of sales campaigns and programs, including pre-campaign forecasting and post-campaign evaluation.
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting - assist in ad hoc reporting, daily flash report, weekly sales performance report
