Job summary

U Mobile Sdn Bhd is seeking an Outdoor Sales Executive in Malaysia to prospect, present, and close sales while expanding the assigned territory.

You will execute sales strategies, drive business development, coordinate internal and external operations, and prepare reports.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in retail or FMCG sales, on-ground experience, is self-motivated, and fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia with MS Excel/PowerPoint proficiency.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least SPM / Diploma in any field.
• At least 2-3 years of working experience in retail sales or FMCG sales operations.
• Experience in on-ground sales is a must.
• Self-initiator with a good working attitude, good sense of responsibility with minimum supervision.
• Able to communicate fluently in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Good proficiency with Microsoft Office Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• To execute and monitor the effectiveness of sales strategy and promotion plan to support the expansion of U Mobile products & services in assigned areas/territories.
• To build and drive the growth of the sales and business development activities in assigned areas.
• To develop, implement, and maintain sales activities, marketing strategies and plans set out.
• Lead and coordinate any internal and external operations and tasks.
• Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
