Job summary

U Mobile Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive Sales Operations Support person to help coordinate day-to-day sales processes, campaigns and reports. You will back the Sales team with data accuracy, system tasks, and stakeholder coordination to drive timely execution.

Fresh graduates are welcome. You should be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM/UEC/Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support, Business Operations, Administration, Customer Support, or Project Coordination is welcome.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and stay positive.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational, system, and administrative support to Sales teams and stakeholders.
• Coordinate the execution of sales campaigns, incentive programs, and business initiatives.
• Track campaign progress and ensure timely completion of operational requirements.
• Maintain sales records, databases, and operational documentation.
• Prepare and consolidate sales reports, business updates, and operational data.
• Perform data verification to ensure information accuracy and completeness.
• Support project planning, scheduling, and coordination activities.
