Job summary

U Mobile Sdn Bhd is seeking a Specialist, Sales Analytics, Distribution and Dealer Management to drive business insights across sub-channels and support department targets. You will work on sales analytics, distribution performance, and dealer program effectiveness, delivering actionable reports and recommendations.

Ideal candidates have strong Excel/Office skills, 2+ years in sales operations, and proven ability to coordinate cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced telecom environment.

Qualifications

• SPM/Senior UEC or equivalent with a passing result.
• At least 2 years of related working experience in Sales Operations or Business Operations.
• Proven experience in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Sales Support - provide day-to-day sales operations, system and administrative support to internal and external stakeholders
• Project Execution - assist in project planning and coordination for system enhancements, new product launches, and process improvement initiatives
• Testing - conduct functional testing, UAT preparation, and test case execution to ensure business requirements are met and delivered successfully
• Campaign & Program Planning Support - support the planning, administration, execution, and tracking of sales campaigns and programs, including pre-campaign forecasting and post-campaign performance evaluation to measure effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting - assist in ad hoc reporting, daily flash report, weekly sales performance report
