Job summary

Tan Chong Group is seeking a proactive Sales Coordinator in Malaysia to coordinate the sales team, manage schedules, and ensure reps have updated materials. The role emphasizes order processing, invoicing, and timely delivery of products and services.

You will verify spare parts, collaborate with Service and Parts departments, support regional sourcing, and maintain strong client relationships to strengthen the sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sales team operations by managing schedules, setting appointments, and ensuring sales representatives are equipped with updated materials and tools.
• Monitor sales performance by tracking quotas, analyzing key performance metrics, and preparing reports for management review.
• Manage order processing and documentation, including order entries and invoicing, while ensuring timely delivery of products and services.
• Verify and confirm requested spare parts, including part numbers, descriptions, and quantities, in coordination with the Service Department.
• Support the Service Department in sourcing parts through the Impact system, particularly for UD Trucks and Foton Trucks.
• Assist the Regional Parts Manager in monitoring and tracking parts status.
• Handle customer inquiries, follow up on leads, and maintain strong client relationships to support and strengthen the sales pipeline.
