Job summary

TTL Group is seeking a Sales Coordinator in Malaysia to support daily sales activities, prepare quotations, process sales orders, and ensure smooth operations with internal teams for excellent customer service.

The role requires fresh graduates or 1–2 years of sales administration experience, strong English and Bahasa Malaysia communication, and proficiency in MS Office. Mandarin is an added advantage.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• 1–2 years in sales administration or customer service is an advantage.
• Good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Mandarin-speaking ability is an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Well-organised, responsible, proactive, and able to work independently and in a team.
• Willingness to learn about machinery, equipment sales, and rental operations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry and documentation.
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and delivery orders.
• Handle customer enquiries regarding products, pricing, equipment availability, and rental arrangements.
• Follow up on quotations, orders, and customer requests.
• Coordinate with warehouse, workshop, logistics, and service teams for deliveries and collections.
• Maintain accurate sales records and prepare sales reports.
• Perform other sales coordination duties as assigned by management.
