Job summary

Tan Chong Group in Malaysia is seeking a dynamic Sales and Market Enablement professional to drive part sales to meet revenue targets. You will support the sales team with inquiries, conduct market research, and communicate product updates to stakeholders.

Responsibilities include planning marketing campaigns for WM and EM regions, providing tailored quotations, building dealer relationships, and mentoring the team on best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Marketing, or Business and Management.
• At least 5 years of related experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of automotive parts.
• Excellent communication and writing skills; able to build relationships and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Drive part sales to meet revenue and profit targets.
• Ensure timely customer payment collections.
• Support sales team with inquiries and quotations.
• Conduct market research for product and strategy improvements.
• Communicate updates from principals and product changes to stakeholders.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns in WM and EM regions.
• Provide tailored solutions and quotations.
• Build and strengthen dealer relationships to drive sales.
• Set team goals, coach performance, and address training needs.
• Monitor market trends and gather customer feedback through the team.
• Oversee inventory levels and part ordering.
• Reduce excess stock and prevent product aging.
