Tan Chong Motor Holdings Berhad seeks a dynamic individual to manage online marketplace sales centres and social media. You will handle walk-in, online, and WhatsApp enquiries with professionalism while supporting the sales team with order processing and payment follow-ups.

Additionally, you will schedule and update installation/service appointments and dates, with other duties as assigned. This role is based in Malaysia and involves routine communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Formación

• SPM or a recognized Diploma in Business Management, Marketing or equivalent.
• Basic skills in CapCut or Canva for photo/video editing.
• Comfortable appearing on camera is a plus.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Valid Malaysia driving licence.

Responsabilidades

• To manage online marketplace sales centres and social media.
• Handle walk-in, online, and WhatsApp enquiries professionally.
• Support sales team in order processing and payment follow-ups.
• Schedule and update installation/service appointment venue and date.
• Any other jobs assigned from time to time.
