Job summary

Qualifications

• Highly analytical with a relentless focus on problem-solving and process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Redesign and implement highly efficient sales processes—from lead and offer management to client onboarding—drastically reducing bottlenecks in the sales cycle.
• Provide hands-on operational support (including complex ad-hoc quoting) and train the commercial team to ensure pristine CRM data quality and system compliance.
• Champion, manage, and develop a dedicated sales support team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
• Track critical sales metrics and translate raw data into actionable reports and insights to guide executive decision-making.
• Act as the key liaison between sales and other departments, ensuring tools and workflows align with global and regional standards.
