Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The role supports the execution and optimization of sales operations initiatives, including promotions, incentive programs, and event-related activities, collaborating with Marketing, IT, Finance, Compliance, Customer Service and Supply Chain.

You will maintain project plans, timelines, and task tracking, ensure data accuracy, participate in UAT and go-live readiness, and help prepare dashboards and reports for

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Operations Management (or equivalent).
• 2–4 years of experience in Sales Operations or related field.
• Experience supporting project management activities, including task tracking.
• Experience working in a cross-functional environment (Marketing, IT, Finance, Compliance, Customer Service, Supply Chain).
• Proficiency with Smartsheet, Excel, Jira, and project tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of sales operations initiatives, including promotions, incentive programs, and events.
• Maintain project plans, timelines, and task tracking across initiatives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables are completed on time.
• Assist in KPI tracking and reporting, and in preparing dashboards for stakeholders.
