Job summary

JEMCO MANUFACTURING SDN BHD in Malaysia is seeking a Senior Sales Operations leader to take full accountability for order fulfilment, service levels, and cross-functional execution across Sales, Production, Warehouse and Logistics.

You will own the end-to-end order-to-delivery cycle, ensure accurate requirements and timely delivery, develop the team, and drive continuous improvements in SOPs, data usage, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
• 8–10 years in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, or Manufacturing Operations.
• 3–5 years of management or functional leadership experience.
• Proven end-to-end order-to-delivery cycle experience.
• Manufacturing environment experience with production planning & warehouse ops.
• Cross-functional stakeholder management across Sales, Production, Warehouse/Store, Logistics, Accounts & Quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Sales Operations function and ensure order fulfilment and service levels.
• Own end-to-end customer PO and delivery process, ensuring accurate requirements and timely delivery.
• Coordinate across Sales, Production, Store/Warehouse, Logistics and customers to resolve bottlenecks.
• Oversee delivery planning, fleet utilisation, driver deployment and ad hoc deliveries.
• Govern Job Sheet accuracy, production readiness and finished goods availability.
• Lead root-cause investigations and corrective actions for returns and complaints.
• Lead customer feedback process and drive improvements for service quality.
