Job summary

Jemco Group in Malaysia seeks a Sales Administration professional to be the key contact for customers, process POs and sales orders, verify pricing, prepare quotes, DOs and other documentation.

You will coordinate with Production Planning, Purchasing, Warehouse and Logistics to ensure on-time delivery, maintain records, produce regular reports, and support continuous improvements in order fulfilment. Diploma or Bachelor's in business-related field and 2–3 years experience required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Sales Administration, Customer Service, Order Processing, or Sales Coordination within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience handling Sales Orders, Delivery Orders, and customer documentation is an added advantage.
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes and production workflow will be an advantage.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key point of contact for customers on enquiries, orders and delivery status, providing timely and professional support.
• Process customer Purchase Orders (POs) and prepare Sales Orders accurately, verifying pricing, specifications and delivery requirements.
• Prepare quotations, order confirmations, Delivery Orders (DO) and other relevant sales documentation.
• Coordinate with Production Planning, Production, Purchasing and Warehouse to ensure orders are executed as scheduled.
• Coordinate with Warehouse and Logistics to arrange timely deliveries and monitor delivery status.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales orders and order tracking information; prepare regular sales/order status reports.
