Job summary

TECHMAN ELECTRONICS (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Operations/Order Management professional in Malaysia to manage end-to-end order processing and ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires strong cross-functional coordination with sales, factory, and supply chain, plus hands-on ERP experience. Responsibilities include demand forecasting alignment, backlog monitoring, and creating shipping notices after receiving customer shipping reports.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in Sales Operations / Order Management within EMS, electronics, or manufacturing, with hands-on ERP system experience
• Strong cross-functional coordination across sales, factory, and supply chain to support order fulfillment and delivery
• Hardworking, responsible, and detail-oriented

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end order process (Order to shipment)
• Coordinate with sales, factory, and supply chain on order status and delivery
• Support demand forecasting and production planning alignment
• Monitor backlog, shipment schedules, and customer commitments
• Create the shipping notice once received the shipping report from customer
• Maintain ERP data accuracy and order documentation
• Support reporting and internal compliance requirements
