Job summary

Shun Digitals (Aiki Technologies Sdn. Bhd.) builds event tech for business events in Malaysia. We’re a small, hands-on team, and you’ll play a key part in growth by reaching new clients and understanding their event needs.

You’ll cold-call, use WhatsApp and email, and propose the right package. Fresh graduates welcome. Some weekend/evening work for events is required, with time off in lieu.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in any field; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Confident speaking with clients in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.
• Organised and able to handle several client projects at once.
• Willing to work on some weekends or evenings for events.

Responsibilities

• Find and reach new clients through cold calls, WhatsApp, email and LinkedIn.
• Understand each client’s event needs and propose the right package.
• Prepare quotations and follow up until the deal closes.
• Keep the client pipeline and records up to date.
• Act as the main contact for clients from confirmation to event day.
• Gather event details and turn them into clear tasks for the tech team.
• Coordinate revisions and testing before go-live.
• Plan event-day manpower and brief the check-in crew.
• Be on site at events to support check-in and resolve issues.
• Collect post-event feedback and look for repeat or upsell opportunities.

Clients include organisers of corporate events, fun runs and large public events. We’re a small, hands-on team, and you’ll play a key part in how we grow.

What you’ll do

Gather event details, form fields and requirements, then turn them into clear tasks for the tech team in our task system

What we’re looking for

Diploma or degree in any field. Fresh graduates are welcome.

Comfortable with tech tools (Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, task boards). No coding needed.
