Job summary

LEDtronics Sdn Bhd, a leading LED display solutions company in Malaysia, is seeking a highly organised Sales Operations Executive to support our sales team with quotations, tenders, CRM, and reporting in a fast-paced project environment.

The role focuses on Excel-based pricing, data accuracy, and cross-functional coordination with Project, Engineering, Procurement and Finance teams. Candidates should have strong Excel skills and be fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing or related field.
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, formulas) and reporting.
• Experience in sales administration, tender coordination or project support is an advantage.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Prepare professional quotations, costing sheets and commercial proposals.
• Coordinate tender submissions and compile technical documentation.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline reports.
• Use Excel for pricing analysis, GP calculations and dashboards.
• Track enquiries and ensure timely follow-up by the sales team.
• Prepare weekly sales reports and management summaries.
• Coordinate meetings, project handovers and customer documentation.
• Coordinate with Project, Engineering, Procurement and Finance teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor quotation status and project dates, plus competitor intelligence.
• Support management with ad-hoc commercial and analytical tasks.

We are looking for a highly organised Sales Operations Executive to support our sales team by managing quotations, tenders, CRM, reports and customer coordination. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys Excel, systems, accuracy and working in a fast-paced project environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare professional quotations, costing sheets and commercial proposals.
• Coordinate tender submissions and compile technical documentation.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, quotation registers and sales pipeline reports.
• Use Microsoft Excel extensively for pricing analysis, GP calculations and dashboards.
• Track customer enquiries and ensure timely follow-up by the sales team.
• Prepare weekly sales reports, KPI dashboards and management summaries.
• Coordinate meetings, project handovers and customer documentation.
• Liaise with Project, Engineering, Procurement and Finance teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor quotation status, project award dates and competitor intelligence.
• Support management with ad-hoc commercial and analytical tasks.

About you

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing or related field.
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, formulas and reporting).
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in sales administration, tender coordination or project support is an advantage.
• Comfortable handling multiple deadlines and a fast-moving workload.
• Strong written English and Bahasa Malaysia communication.
• Proactive, resourceful and able to work independently.
• Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office 365 preferred.
• AI productivity tools (ChatGPT, Copilot or similar) are an advantage.
