Job summary

LAC Medical Supplies Sdn Bhd is a leading supplier of medical equipment and accessories in the Asian region, with a history dating back to 2002. The company handles sales, supply, testing, commissioning and maintenance of medical equipment, consumables and healthcare IT solutions.

The role supports the commercial team with order processing, administration, and logistics coordination to ensure accurate, timely delivery, while maintaining records and contributing to tender submissions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any discipline required.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Customer-oriented and proactive with a willingness to learn.
Experience or internship in sales operations, administration, customer service, or logistics is advantageous.
Proficient in Microsoft tools and good computer literacy.

Responsibilities

Process and coordinate customer orders accurately.
Coordinate with internal teams and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery.
Monitor order status and follow up on outstanding orders.
Maintain accurate customer order records in shared folders.
Assist commercial team with tender documentation.
Support sales operations or related projects as directed by the Business Manager.
