Job summary

Qualifications

• A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in account management or sales. Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply!
• Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients
• Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and implement solutions

Responsibilities

• Order Management: Receiving orders, developing customer relationships, and negotiating related order contracts.
• Production & Delivery Coordination: Placing customer orders with the production department and following up on delivery schedules.
• Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
• Shipment Coordination: Coordinate with the Manufacturing Department on shipment information and communicate relevant details to the appropriate departments.
• Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new business and retain existing clients.
• Account Performance Management: Regularly review account performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to drive growth.
• Customer Relationship Management: Provide high-quality customer service and act as the main point of contact for key accounts
