Job summary

The role supports the commercial team with order processing, administration, and logistics coordination to ensure accurate, timely delivery, while maintaining records and contributing to tender submissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline required.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Customer-oriented and proactive with a willingness to learn.
• Experience or internship in sales operations, administration, customer service, or logistics is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft tools and good computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Process and coordinate customer orders accurately.
• Coordinate with internal teams and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor order status and follow up on outstanding orders.
• Maintain accurate customer order records in shared folders.
• Assist commercial team with tender documentation.
• Support sales operations or related projects as directed by the Business Manager.

Job description

· Process and coordinate customer orders accurately

· Coordinate with internal team and logistics partners to ensure smooth order fulfilment and timely delivery

· Monitor order status and delivery timelines and follow up on outstanding orders where required

· Maintain accurate records of customer orders in a shared folder for easy access and reference

· Support and assist commercial team in tender documentation for submission

· Assist with other administrative tasks, sales operations activities or projects as assigned by the Business Manager

Requirements

· Bachelor's Degree in any discipline

· Good computer literacy, with good working knowledge of Microsoft tools.

· Relevant experience or internship exposure in sales operations, administration, customer service, logistics, or related fields is an added advantage.

· Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail.

· Customer-oriented, proactive, responsible, and willing to learn.
