Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an experienced and well-organized Sales Coordinator to support the company’s sales and administrative departments. The role involves handling customer support, generating quotes, processing orders and contracts, and providing operations assistance to clients.

You will communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English (Mandarin a plus) and work with management at various levels. Relevant diploma required; minimum 2 years in sales admin or related fields.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher is required; advanced/higher diplomas welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Provide key support in customer support, sales and marketing and group services.
• Generate and follow up on standard client quotes, purchaser orders and contracts.
• Provide operation support to customers.
• Assist to correspond to customers' enquiries.
• Interact professionally with all levels of management, staff and business associates.
• Handle complaints with calmness, provide solutions and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Undertake other important duties as required by the company.
