Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support to the sales team throughout the entire customer journey, covering both pre-sales and after-sales activities.
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and messages, promptly addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints.
• Process sales orders in strict accordance with customer specifications, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Coordinate with internal departments to streamline sales operations, queries, and local/overseas deliveries.
• Prepare and maintain essential sales documentation, including proforma invoices, commercial invoices, packing lists, delivery orders, and other related paperwork.
• Monitor and maintain inventory stock levels.
• Support day-to-day office administrative tasks as needed.
• Support on the general office requirements.
• Support management in preparing sales and branch operational reports.
