Job summary

Tabsquare is seeking a Sales Operations Executive in Kuala Lumpur to drive efficiency through data analysis, CRM management, and sales enablement. You will support the sales team with demos, documentation, and onboarding while maintaining accurate client data and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical mindset and detail orientation for data-driven decision making.
• Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets for dashboards, pivot tables, and formulas.
• Solid understanding of Google Workspace and CRM workflows.
• Experience with CRM platforms like Pipedrive, Quoter, Airtable or similar.
• Ability to design dashboards and reports to support management reviews.

Responsibilities

• Sales Enablement: Create and maintain product demos for prospective clients; manage a centralized repo.
• Administrative Support: Handle contracts, customer data files, and master client sheets with accuracy.
• CRM Management: Input inbound leads and maintain organized CRM records to prevent missed opportunities.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Extract and prepare reports from CRM tools; monitor sales metrics for trends and gaps.
• Sales Training & Onboarding: Assist onboarding of new team members with training on tools and processes.
• Ad-Hoc Support: Support sales leadership on strategic initiatives and special projects.
