• Sales Enablement: Assist in creating and maintaining product demos for prospective clients.
• Administrative Support: Manage sales documentation, including contracts, customer data files, and master client sheets.
• CRM Management: Populate inbound leads into the CRM system and maintain accurate records.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Extract, analyze, and prepare detailed reports from CRM tools to support management reviews.
• Sales Training & Onboarding: Assist in onboarding new sales team members with training on tools and processes.
• Ad-Hoc Support: Provide operational support to the sales leadership team on strategic initiatives.
