Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or high school diploma with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• At least 3 years in a reporting/analytics environment delivering timely, accurate reports.
• Significant experience creating reports/dashboards in Google Sheets, Excel, Salesforce and Tableau.
• Ability to identify reporting gaps and propose improvements.
• Ability to communicate complex quantitative analysis into actionable insights.
• Demonstrated program management: timelines, dependencies, documentation, follow-ups.
• This role may involve color‑coded data interpretation and data visualization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct data analysis, identify trends and gaps, generate reports, and recommend improvements to metric collection.
• Produce and deliver KPI tracking and reporting.
• Design dashboards and scorecards for leadership teams and stakeholders.
• Perform ad hoc data analysis to support business initiatives.
• Respond to reporting and data questions from the team.
• Identify opportunities to drive innovation and process improvements via data-driven decisions.
• Own weekly/monthly/quarterly rhythms: pipeline reviews, forecasts, QBRs, and business reviews.
• Create agendas, pre-reads, action trackers, and follow-through to execute decisions.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership to define success metrics and expectations.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose fixes in handoffs, approvals, and deal desks.
• Ensure change management for new processes, policies or tooling.
