Job summary

New Hoong Fatt Auto Supplies Sdn Bhd is seeking a Sales Support Analyst to assist the sales team with planning and reporting. You will generate reports by customers, products, and sales teams, and monitor order statuses to ensure timely deliveries.

The role requires a degree or equivalent and the ability to multitask in a collaborative environment. You will interact with customers and support daily operational tasks to enhance sales effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Administration, International Business, Statistics, Economics or equivalent.
• Ability to work well in groups and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team with planning and operations tasks to support business objectives.
• Generate and analyze reports by customers, sales team and products.
• Clear back orders/open orders in the system.
• Monitor and inform customers on order status.
• Prepare daily reports.
• Organize data and generate deep customer insights to boost sales productivity.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and systems.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as required.

Supporting the sales team with key planning and operations tasks to support the overall objective of the business

Generate and Analyze reports by customers, sales team, products, etc.

Responsible to clear the back orders/open orders in the system

Monitor and inform customers on the order status

Prepare daily reports

Organizing data and generating deep customer insights to enhance sales force productivity and effectiveness

Identifying opportunities for improvement in the sales process and systems to ensure greater sales effectiveness and efficiency

Other ad-hoc tasks as and when required

About you

Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Business Administration, International Business, Statistics, Economics, or equivalent
