Job summary

Armstrong Auto Parts Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a proactive Sales Executive to develop and expand our automotive replacement business, acquiring new customers and strengthening distributor relationships.

You will analyze market trends, support local and international market expansion, and promote our products while delivering targets. Fresh graduates are welcome; Mandarin fluency is preferred to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients.

To develop and expand sales within the Automotive Replacement Market by acquiring new customers, strengthening relationships with existing distributors, identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities, and achieving sales targets. The role is also responsible for promoting the company’s automotive products and services to drive business growth, market penetration, and customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

• To key in Customer's Purchase Order in SAP system on timely basis and generate monthly backorder report to customers.
• To perform sales allocation to customers in order to ensure monthly sales target being achieved.
• To plan and support sales for local and international market expansion while retaining current customers.
• To analyze market trend and competitors behavior for retail market price setting and sales strategic planning.
• To plan for customer field sales visit while ensuring customer requirement are fulfilled and maintain good relationship with them.
• To represent company at trade exhibitions and industry events, if any.
• To perform, monitor and handle online sales to promote our products through e-marketing.
• To track, perform and handle all credit and debit notes issues timely and ensure customer return goods being collected and handover to Inventory team with the defect status.
• To conduct market research and analyze on the information received on competitors business and product strength, develop marketing plan & perform strategic selling approach.
• To prepare documentation related to audit purposes and participate in stock take activities.
• To perform any additional tasks as per the management requirement from time to time.

Requirement:

• Candidates with 1 - 3 years of sales experience preferred – Automotive sales experience will be an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates with degrees are also encouraged to apply.
• Highly self-motivated, strong interpersonal and Communication skills.
• Results oriented, self-driven, persuasive, persistent and resourceful.
• Able to work in a team as well as independently.
• Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred because the role requires candidates to interact with Mandarin-speaking clients.
