The Product Development Executive supports the execution of product development strategies and initiatives that align with market trends and company objectives. This role involves conducting market research, analyzing data, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and managing documentation throughout the product development lifecycle — from idea generation to launch and post-launch review.

The incumbent plays a key role in ensuring new products meet market demand, are cost-effective, and contribute to the company’s growth and profitability.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze car sales data, propose new product ideas for internal development, and conduct feasibility
• Regularly updated with comparisons of features, design, and demand for new car models in key markets (Middle East, China, and Asia).
• Compile timely market information, evaluate risks, and use information for decision-making on development methods.
• Oversee new product development, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely launches. Manage sourcing locally and overseas.
