Job summary

Mindray is seeking a Regional Sales Operation Specialist in Malaysia to streamline regional data operations, support the sales team, and manage master data across the Philippines, Malaysia and South Asia. • Bachelor degree or above in Business, Data analysis, administration or related discipline.

• Excellent in Microsoft office tools, esp. excel, power point, good understanding of modern office tools.
• Know about SAP(CRM, C4C), Power BI, Tableau and other data analyze tools.

Responsibilities

• Business Support: Familiar with operational systems, processes and policies to support management reporting and planning for Mindray Facility.
• Support sales operations to ensure efficient order-to-delivery processes and to maintain data accuracy.
• Organize routine business meetings, take notes, and track to-dos.
• Provide administrative solutions and support for business activities.
• Maintain 100% accuracy of KPI reporting and timely risk tracking.
• Provide accurate data and breakdowns of annual, quarterly and monthly targets.

Regional Sales Operation Specialist

Position : RSO Specialist

Support Region: Philippines, Malaysia and South Asia

Direct Report: Regional Operation Manager

• Business Support:
  • Be familiar with the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission -- specifically, support better management reporting, information flow, business support process and organizational planning for Mindray Facility.
  • Know well about operational systems or processes, be familiar with company policies, and support the sale steam to make sure efficient operation, especially order to delivery process.
  • Organize routine business meetings and take notes as per management request. And remind on the to-do list.
  • Provide administrative solution or support on business activities.
  • 100% accuracy of business performance indicator reporting, remind risk and tracking
  • Provide data accurately and timely, and complete the breakdown of annual, quarterly and monthly target on time and with quality
• Data support:
  • Customer data: maintain and update customer/distributor data in system. Clean and analyze as per business needs periodically.
  • Sales Review: Support General Manager on sales opportunities management, including supervise and analyze the opportunity input; organize sales review meeting periodically;
  • Sales forecast. Support and collect sales forecast data. Support GM in target assignment to HODs or sales person/distributors.
  • Data control: Follow company’s data management policy strictly in sharing, providing data.
  • Issue comprehensive analysis report for the region you are responsible for, or analyze a business problem/feature in the region, the report should be complete, well-organized, and intuitive.
• Platform Management:
  • Complete all training on a number of platforms related to the requirements of the position.
  • Daily problem solving for platforms users.
  • Access management
  • Master data management on platform.

Position Specifications

Knowledge and Education Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above in Business, Data analyze, administration or related discipline.

• Minimum 3 years full time work experience in Data Operation management position.
• Adaptively work in a matrix system, skillful in cross culture communication and pro-active in getting business resources to achieve their target ONTIME
• Proactively show initiative and makes time available to ensure competencies and specializations are kept up-to-date in line with business developments for self and team.
• Result-oriented and responsible personality, to be able to optimize his/her own job and the jobs of the team by planning as per target breakdown.
• Strong structured system thinking, logical reasoning, and good judgment skills.
• Strong capability to learn and willing to grow.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English communication capability. Proficient Chinese is a plus.
