Job summary

Jump Retail Sdn Bhd, Malaysia's in-store brand-building provider, seeks a customer-focused sales assistant for its Menara PGRM location. You will greet customers, demo products, and help them compare features to meet monthly sales targets.

You should have at least SPM, 1 year of related experience, or fresh graduates, and be fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu or Chinese. A friendly, engaging personality and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• SPM certification is required.
• 1 year working experience in related field (Sales & Marketing experience is an added advantage).
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply also.
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Melayu /Chinese.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Friendly and engaging personality.
• Able to work at Menara PGRM.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and ensure positive shopping experiences.
• Confidently demonstrate and explain product functions and comparisons to customers.
• Achieve or exceed monthly individual and store sales targets.
• Ensure all display areas, demo units, and POS materials are clean, functional, and visually attractive.
• Submit daily or weekly sales reports as required.
• Follow company and brand policies, including grooming standards and code of conduct.
