Job summary

INFINITE MULTI RESOURCES SDN. BHD. is seeking a motivated Sales Merchandiser to visit assigned retail outlets, supermarkets, and customer locations according to a scheduled route.

You will maintain strong relationships with customers, promote products, and strive to meet monthly sales targets while ensuring proper product visibility and merchandising at outlets. Candidate should have relevant experience in sales/merchandising, good communication and negotiation skills, and be self-motivated with

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, merchandising, FMCG, or related field is an advantage.
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Possess a valid driving license and own transport.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned retail outlets, supermarkets, and customer locations according to the scheduled route.
• Maintain good relationships with existing customers and identify new sales opportunities.
• Promote company products and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Ensure products are properly displayed and merchandised at customer outlets.
• Monitor stock levels, coordinate replenishment, and follow up on deliveries and payments.
• Prepare daily sales reports and visit records, keeping documentation up to date.
• Monitor competitors’ activities, pricing, and promotional campaigns.

Are you passionate about sales, customer relationships, and merchandising? We are looking for a motivated and responsible Sales Merchandiser to join our growing team!

Visit assigned retail outlets, supermarkets, and customer locations according to the scheduled route.

Maintain good relationships with existing customers and identify new sales opportunities.

Promote company products and achieve monthly sales targets.

Ensure products are properly displayed, arranged, and merchandised at customer outlets.

Monitor stock levels, check product availability, and coordinate replenishment when necessary.

Collect customer orders and follow up on deliveries, payments, and outstanding issues.

Monitor competitors’ activities, market trends, pricing, and promotional campaigns.

Prepare daily sales reports, visit records, and other required documentation.

Ensure effective product visibility, merchandising standards, and promotional execution at outlets.

Job Requirements

Previous experience in sales, merchandising, FMCG, or a related field is an advantage.

Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Possess a valid driving license and own transport.

Willing to travel to assigned customer outlets.

Responsible, disciplined, and able to maintain good customer relationships.

Salary & Benefits

Basic Salary: RM2,500 – RM3,000 per month, depending on working experience.

Sales Commission: Attractive commission based on sales performance.

Petrol Allowance: To support work-related travel.

Other Allowances: Additional allowances according to company policy.
