Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager to lead overall sales operations, execute integrated marketing strategies, and spearhead property launch initiatives in Kuala Lumpur.

You will manage the internal team and external agencies, plan campaigns across digital and offline channels, manage launches and events, and monitor pipelines, budgets, and ROI to accelerate sales velocity.

Qualifications

• Must have 5–8 years of progressive marketing experience; preferably in property development.
• Minimum 3 years of managerial or leadership experience.
• Strong expertise in digital marketing tools and campaign management.

Driven by portfolio expansion, they are seeking a dynamic and strategic Sales & Marketing Manager to lead overall sales operations, execute integrated marketing strategies, and spearhead property launch initiatives.

About the job

• Develop and implement end-to-end sales and marketing strategies to achieve corporate revenue targets and build brand equity.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the internal sales and marketing team, external real estate agencies, and appointed sales agents.
• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital (social media, SEO/SEM, Meta Business Suite, paid advertising) and offline platforms.
• Oversee property launches, roadshows, promotional events, sales gallery collaterals, and sales incentive schemes.
• Monitor sales pipelines, lead conversions, marketing budgets, and campaign ROI to optimize sales velocity.
• Conduct market intelligence, competitor analysis, and pricing benchmarking to capitalize on emerging market opportunities.
• Manage external advertising agencies, media partners, and vendors while collaborating internally with Project, Finance, Legal, and Customer Service teams.

Skills and requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 to 8 years of progressive marketing experience, preferably within the property development industry.
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a managerial or leadership capacity.
• Strong expertise in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics), campaign management, and corporate branding.
