Job summary

Top Green Construction Development Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a dedicated Lead for Sales and Marketing to drive growth in property sales. You will lead the Sales and Marketing team, monitor daily operations and report to Management on performance and issues.

You will conduct market research, analyze trends and competitors, develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets, coordinate with agents and other stakeholders, and ensure smooth after-sales handover and service.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Studies or an equivalent qualification.
• At least five years of relevant working experience in property sales, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrate strong leadership, analytical, organisational and creative-thinking skills.
• Be self-motivated, results-oriented and able to work independently and effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Sales and Marketing team, providing regular updates to Management on daily operations, sales performance and any issues arising.
• Conduct market research and analyse market trends, customer preferences and competitors’ activities.
• Develop, oversee and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve the Company’s sales targets.
• Attend to sales enquiries, follow up with prospective purchasers, conduct negotiations and close sales.
• Coordinate and liaise with sales agents, lawyers, bankers and purchasers on matters relating to Sale and Purchase Agreements (SPAs), financing and loan arrangements.
• Provide after-sales service to purchasers, including coordinating the handover of vacant possession, key collection and defect rectification.
• Perform any other duties as may be assigned by Management from time to time.
