Job summary

Starlite Printers (M) Sdn Bhd in Kulai, Johor, is seeking a Sales and Marketing Manager to develop new customers, achieve targets and drive growth. You will maintain strong relationships with existing accounts and lead business development initiatives across printing products.

You will identify market opportunities, handle enquiries, quotations and negotiations, and coordinate with CS, PMC and Production to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in printing or manufacturing.
• Strong sales, business development and customer relationship management skills.
• Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of printing products and pricing will be an added advantage.
• Independent, proactive, result-oriented and able to achieve sales targets.
• Experience in handling Mandarin-speaking customers will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop new customers and business opportunities to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and key accounts.
• Identify market opportunities, customer needs and industry trends.
• Handle customer enquiries, quotations, pricing negotiations and order follow-up.
• Coordinate closely with CS, PMC and Production to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
• Conduct regular customer visits and provide prompt support to resolve customer-related issues.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare sales reports, forecasts and market updates for Management.
• Support other sales and marketing activities as assigned by Management.
