Job summary

Starlite Printers (M) Sdn Bhd in Johor Bahru, Malaysia, is seeking a Production Supervisor to coordinate and optimize printing and packaging workflows. You will plan operations, assign staff, schedule shifts, monitor progress, and ensure projects finish on time and within budget.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Business Management or equivalent, strong customer-relations skills, and at least 1 year of experience.

Qualifications

• At least Diploma or Degree in Business Management or equivalent.
• Able to work independently and experience in maintaining excellent customer relation.
• Years of Experience: Minimum 1 year.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English or Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production workflow for one or multiple products.
• Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.
• Determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand.
• Assign workers and other staff to particular production operations.
• Schedule shift according to production needs.
• Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time and within budget.
• Address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption.
• Obtain output information (number of finished products, percentage of defectives etc.)
• Prepare and submit status and performance report.
• Keep paperwork organize
• Collaborate with quality control, warehouse and other staff
